Summer Treats with Chef Dave
Chef Dave Esau returns for this Bartlett Public Library program and makes awesome “Summer Treats” with tips for efficient prep, kitchen techniques and how to have fun while eating great food! Zucchini and feta cakes, spinach risotto and angel food cake will be featured. Registration opens June 18 at 9 a.m.
