The Bartlett Police Department has partnered with The Autism Hero Project to provide a low-stress environment where teen drivers on the spectrum can learn how to navigate a traffic stop using the Blue Envelope Program. No vehicles and registration required. This is a walkthrough event. Requirements: Must possess a valid driver’s license or learner’s permit.
