Commemorating<br>the 150th anniversary of the blaze, Terry Lynch as Patrick O’Leary&nbsp;will discuss the theories surrounding the start of the fire and its aftermath.&nbsp;Was Patrick’s wife, an Irish immigrant named Catherine O’Leary, to blame?&nbsp;Could it have been someone else?
